we make. That’s why every purchase comes with a complimentary 90-day warranty starting from the
date of delivery.

What’s Covered

We’ve got you covered against manufacturing defects. This includes:

• Broken zippers or zipper pulls
• Detached straps or handles
• Unraveled stitching or structural defects

What’s Not Covered

Our bags are built to last, but they aren’t indestructible. The warranty does not cover:

• Products past the 90-day period
• Faded or discolored fabric due to regular use
• Altered or modified products
• Damage from accidents, blatant misuse, or natural causes

How to Claim

Making a claim is simple and hassle-free:

1. Simply email us at contact@velyze.com with your order number.

2. Attach a clear photo of the issue so we can assess the defect.

3. We’ll take care of the rest — either arranging a repair or a full replacement completely free of charge.
